Sunday Morning Group Ride Kickoff!
CCNS Sunday group rides are getting started this Sunday! Get your training in and get to know more athletes in the CCNS Community on Sunday mornings. This ride has a time slot for each level rider; using a staggered start, Each group can get through the hillier first half at their pace. Then in the second half, groups will exchange riders as everyone comes together out on the road. No attacking allowed until the last few miles!
This is the perfect ride by which to
progress your fitness during the off-season.
We head out from the back lot behind the CCNS office in Middletown for an approximately 44-mile loop. There are four groups:
The D group goes off at approx 8:30 AM (15-16.5 mph)
C group goes off at 8:45 (16.5-18 mph)
The B’s at 9:00 (18-19.5 mph)
And finally, the A’s around 9:15 AM. (19-21 mph)
There is a ride leader for each group. Please upload and use the Ride with GPS route just in case. There is usually a bathroom and partial regrouping stop point mid-way in Chester. We hope to see you there!
