I was once a skinny fast athlete in my 30s, next thing I knew I was an overweight weekend warrior in my 40s. I was close to 250 lbs when I visited CCNS. With Ben's guidance in nutrition and hard work on the bike I dropped 45 lbs in 8 months. Ben provided me with basic rules and taught me the proper way to eat for an athlete. I learned about glycemic index, protein intake, eating during rides, recovery meals and how food affected my body. Ben has been instrumental in my success.
