Overview

Every athlete comes into camp with different goals, but each day follows a similar rhythm:

  • Riding starts at 9 a.m. EST
  • Pre-ride briefing covering the day’s objectives, workout, route, and key coaching points.
  • Time on bike is generally 2.5-2.75 hours. Don’t worry, we take breaks throughout to stretch and resupply!
  • Post-ride communication comes later in the day, featuring notable results and instructions for the next day.

CCNS vCamp Requirements

A few basic technical requirements help us make vCamp as interactive and useful as possible. Need assistance getting set up? We’ll help you.

#1: vCamp athletes must be able to communicate through Zoom during the training window.

#2: You must have access to a browser or secondary device separate from your Zwift display for clinics, presentations, and other camp content.

#3: Daily attendance matters. vCamp is designed as a complete 3-day training block, and the value comes from participating consistently from day to day. Please plan to be ready and online before each day’s scheduled start.

Your First Steps

Step 1: Register for the vCamp that fits your schedule. December’s vCamp is here

Step 2: If you are not a current CCNS athlete, schedule your pre-camp call with a CCNS coach so we can review your riding, goals, and current fitness.

That’s it!
You’re on your way to three productive days of riding, learning, and building momentum for the season ahead.
